Conflict in the Middle East
I well recall the war of 1967 when I was living in Afghanistan. As a teenager, however, I did not understand all of the nuances of the Israeli/Islamic conflict. Certainly, I had heard about the holocaust and I knew that the Muslims and the Israelis had a different religion, but then so did the Muslims and the Christians...but I was not a student of history, nor dare I write, are many of us.

Did you see the latest issue of This Rock magazine? There is an incredible article on the Grand Mufti of Jerusalem....very enlightening, I might add!
