A picture is worth a .... LIFE

Look at the photo...these men and women are standing for LIFE. They are helping people make a decision based on love, support and truth. They are part of the 40 Days for Life campaign, A campaign that is in many cities around the United States this fall - 24/7 people are out, out praying for women and men to chose life for their babies.

These people do not get paid. Some of them are out in the wee hours of the morning, before going to work - to pray, to petition God to have mercy on our nation and praying for an end to abortion. Some of them come after work to pray.

So far there have been one hundred and twelve women who have changed their minds about terminating their pregnancies. They have chosen life for their child and they will be assisted in this decision by those who speak out against abortion.

This campaign is in its 15th day. On one of the days, some of the those praying were sprayed with a fire extinguisher. Imagine! But - the good news is that one cannot extinguish the light of Christ that these people have.

May the 40 Days for Life campaign continue to help mothers and fathers make good decisions for their baby's life. May the campaigners not grow weary.
